SIR has the report solutions you need for refinance or second mortgage and equity lending.   Order all reports from our easy to use technology platform.

• Mortgage Loan Report (MLR) - A Credit Based report commonly used for equity lending, second liens and Refinance transactions.  A truly one of a kind product that reports secured mortgage liens along with any reported judgements and public record filings.  The remainder of this report includes a borrower lien affidavit form that is to be completed by borrower.
• Property Report - A valuable tool for equity lending and HELOCS.  Report includes Conveyance (deed info), voluntary and involuntary liens, tax assessment data, legal and vesting details.   Optional Insurance also available.
• Legal and Vesting Report - For cost effective approach Legal and Vesting Data alone is available with optional copy of deed.  Insurance coverage is also available upon request.
• Update Report  -   A public records search and report prepared for a period of time from property report preparation until closing day to ensure no new liens, judgements, encumbrances or mortgages have been filed against property since initial search.
• Platinum Express Report -  Ths is an enhanced version of Last Vesting Deed Report.  It is backed with enhanced E&O coverage for lenders protection.
• Platinum Property Report (Equity) - This is an enhanced version of our Property Report.  It is backed with enhanced E&O coverage for lenders protection.
• Platinum Property Report (Refinance) - This is an enhanced version of our Property Report.  It is backed with enhanced E&O coverage for lenders protection
• Tax Profile Report - A complete tax profile to include the status of current tax payment, tax type, amount and location address for payment.
• Loss Mitigation Report -  A report in which the search is based around the subject mortgage.  It provides the vested owner, legal, involuntary and voluntary liens as well as tax information.  This is normally used by lenders on collection or default transactions to determine exact lien position.
• Construction Loan Report - A report that provides the current owner, legal, involuntary and voluntary liens for up to the past 18 months.  This report is normally used by lenders during new construction process and with each draw to verify no intervening liens prior to their mortgage.
